Comparative Analysis between rhGM-CSF Gel and Acellular Xenografts Dermis on Wound Healing Effects in Patients with Deep Second Degree Burn

摘要 目的探讨重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rhGM-CSF)凝胶与脱细胞异种真皮对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面愈合效果对比分析。方法对聊城市第二人民医院2014年10月—2016年6月收治的深Ⅱ度烧伤72例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。观察组创面局部外用rhGM-CSF凝胶治疗,对照组采用脱细胞异种真皮覆盖治疗。治疗后比较2组换药疼痛程度、创面愈合时间、创面溶痂率、完全溶痂时间以及安全性。结果治疗后观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分和不良反应量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗第3、7、10天创面溶痂率高于对照组,完全溶痂时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 rhGM-CSF凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤,可促进创面愈合,减轻换药疼痛,提高创面溶痂率且安全性高。 Objective To compare effect between human granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(rhGM-CSF)gel and acellular xenografts dermis on wound healing in patients with deep second degree burn.Methods Clinical data of 72 patients with deep second degree burn admitted during October 2014 and June 2016 was retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=36)according to therapeutic methods.Observation group was partially treated with rhGM-CSF gel,while control group was treated with acellular xenografts covering.After treatment,pain degree of dressing change,healing time of wounds,dissolution scab rate of wounds,complete dissolution scab time and safety were compared in two groups.Results After treatment,in observation group,visual analogue scales(VAS)and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)scores were significantly lower(P<0.05);dissolution scab rates of wounds in 3 rd,7 th and 10 th d of treatments were significantly higher,while complete dissolution scab time and healing time of wounds were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in incidence rate of complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The rhGM-CSF gel in treatment of patients with deep second degree burns may promote wound healing,decrease pain degree of dressing change and improve dissolution scab rate of wounds with good safety.
