摘要 抑癌基因p53在调节细胞周期、促凋亡及恶性肿瘤发生发展等方面发挥重要作用;PUMA全名p53上调凋亡调控因子是p53的靶基因,应激后可被诱导激活,参与p53依赖途径,具有强大的促凋亡功能。此前有关p53/PUMA的研究多关注于肿瘤性疾病等方面。近年来,p53/PUMA与器官纤维化的关系逐渐引起研究者关注。本文拟就p53/PUMA通路与器官纤维化的关系研究进展作一综述,旨在为纤维化疾病的临床诊断、治疗,以及改善疾病预后提供新的思路。 The tumor suppressor gene p53 plays an important role in the regulation of cell cycle,promoting apoptosis,and inhibiting tumor progression.PUMA,with full name p53 up-regulated modulator of apoptosis,is one of the target gene of p53.It may act a mediator to promote apoptosis via p53-dependent or independent mechanism.Previous studies on p53/PUMA signaling pathway have focused much on apoptosis and malignant disease.In recent years,the relationship between p53/PUMA and organ fibrosis has attracted researchers attention.In this paper,we reviewed research advance in the relationship between p53/PUMA pathway and organ fibrosis to provide new sight into the potential novel therapeutic strategies for fibrosis diseases.
