摘要
建立动物椎间盘退变模型是研究椎间盘退行性变的重要方式。目前常用的小鼠椎间盘退变模型分为生物力学模型、物理损伤模型、基因敲除模型和化学损伤模型。本文就以上几种模型的内容及其特点作一综述。
Establishment of animal intervertebral disc degeneration model is an important way for the research of disc degeneration.At present,the commonly used mouse ntervertebral disc degeneration models are divided into the following types;biomechanical model,physical damage model,gene knockout model and chemical damage model.In this paper,the contents of the above models and its characteristics are reviewed.
