人性化护理对老年呼吸衰竭患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响

The effects of humanized nursing on the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with respiratory failure

目的探究人性化护理对老年呼吸衰竭患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法 2015年11月至2017年11月收集本院收治的86例老年呼吸衰竭患者,分观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取人性化护理。比较SDS评分、SAS评分、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果与对照组SDS评分、SAS评分比较,观察组较低,P<0.05具有统计学意义,与对照组护理满意度、生活质量比较,观察组较高,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论人性化护理可有效调整老年呼吸衰竭患者的心理情绪,赢得家属认可,效果确切,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effects of humanized nursing on the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with respiratory failure.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with respiratory failure treated during Nov.2015 and Nov.2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 43 cases in either group.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received humanized nursing.The SDS score,SAS score,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The SDS score and SAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the nu rsing satisfaction and quality of life were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing can effectively adjust the psychological status of elderly patients with respiratory failure,and win the recognition of patients family members.It is worth of clinical promotion.
