摘要
在互联网蓬勃发展的大背景下,传统企业纷纷通过互联网化转型来实现创新发展。文章通过对互联网化思维进行系统阐释,参考国内外运营商互联网化转型的典型案例和互联网企业的先进运营经验,从产品、渠道、营销、服务四个方面对如何提升互联网化市场经营能力进行分析,为传统电信运营商互联网化转型提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of the Internet,traditional enterprises are undergoing Internet transformation to achieve development and innovation.This paper systematically explains the Internet thinking,refers to typical cases of international operators and advanced experience of Internet enterprises,analyzes the ways of improving the Internet market operation ability from four aspects:including product,channel,marketing and service,and provides reference for the Internet transformation of traditional telecom operators.
