电信运营商网络重构下的运营管理变革研究

Research on the Transformation of Operation Management under the Network Reconstruction of Telecom Operators

以SDN和NFV技术为核心的下一代网络正在加速部署,电信运营商希望通过网络重构来强化网络服务能力,提升网络服务效率,重构通信产业链条,进而获取更多话语权和效益。文章从网络重构的驱动因素出发,分析网络重构的主要目标和内涵,结合国际运营商网络重构的进程,分析网络重构给运营商在战略角色、运营流程、人才及知识结构以及服务提供方面带来的巨大变革,并给出应对上述变革的策略建议。

Next-generation networks with SDN and NFV technologies at their core are deploying faster.The telecom operators hope to strengthen network service capabilities by rebuilding the network,improve network service efficiency,restructure the communications industry chain,and gain more voice and benefits.Based on the drivers of network reconfiguration,this report analyzes the main goals and connotation of network reconfiguration.Combining with the process of network reconfiguration of international operators,this report analyzes the impact of network reconfiguration on operators'strategic roles,operation processes,the structure of knowledge,and the services provided.Finally,we give the tactics to deal with the above changes.
