摘要
IT转型是运营商数字化转型的重要组成部分,是构建内部数字化应用和外部数字化供给的基础。但当前运营商的IT系统仍然在延续既有的体系架构和运作模式,对新时代业务转型和运营管理的不适应正在逐渐暴露出来。文章从运营商当前IT系统的现状梳理入手,总结现状痛点,分析转型的需求,最终提出运营商IT转型的目标和策略重点建议。
The transformation of IT system is an important part of the digital transformation of telecom operators,and it is the basis for constructing the internal digital application and the external digital supply.But at present,the IT system of telecom operators is still continuing the existing architecture and operation mode,which is gradually exposed to the new era of business transformation and operation management.Starting from the status of telecom operators'IT system,this paper summarizes the current pain points,analyzes the needs of transformation,and finally puts forward the key recommendations of operators'IT transformation goals and strategies.
