摘要 鸟嘌呤核苷酸转化因子交换蛋白1(Epac1)是一种新型的环腺苷酸传感器,调节细胞的几个关键过程,如Ca^(2+)调控、肌肉收缩、细胞分泌、离子通道传递、学习与记忆、细胞的生长和分化、凋亡和炎症。Epac1在神经性疼痛的进展中发挥关键作用,Epac1激活有助于神经性疼痛引起的异常性疼痛的进展,具体信号转导机制尚不清楚,可能与激活蛋白激酶C、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶以及Ca^(2+)内流有关。Epac1在神经疼痛的研究仅限于动物实验和细胞实验,未来有望在人体进行试验研究,使其成为治疗神经性疼痛的新靶点。 Exchange protein directly activated by cyclic adenosine monophosphate 1(Epac1)is a novel cAMP sensor that regulates several pivotal cellular processes,including Ca 2+regulation,muscle contraction,cell secretion,ion channel transmission,learning and memory,cell growth and differentiation,apoptosis and inflammation.Epac1 plays a key role in the progression of neuropathic pain.Epac1 activation contributes to the development of allodynia induced by neuropathic pain.The mechanism of signal transduction is unclear,which may be related to the activation of protein kinase C,mitogen-activated protein kinases and Ca 2+influx.The study of Epac1 in neuropathic pain is limited to animal experiments and cell experiments,and it is expected to be a new target for the treatment of neuropathic pain in the future.
