摘要
文章介绍了两种支座结构型式,对重叠换热器鞍式支座的各种计算工况,分别建立了计算模型。按照中国相关载荷规范,提出了重叠卧式设备风载荷和地震载荷的计算方法,在考虑地震载荷作用时,还考虑了垂直地震力作用的影响。通过进一步的详尽分析,给出了重叠换热器鞍式支座及其地脚螺栓在各种工况条件和不同载荷作用下,各种应力的计算及校核方法,从而实现了重叠换热器鞍式支座更为准确的工程计算。
This paper introduces two types of support structure for stacked heat exchangers commonly used in projects.And calculation models are respectively built according to all kinds of calculation cases for saddle supports of stacked heat exchangers.Calculation methods of wind load and earthquake load are given in the paper according to relevant Chinese load codes.Vertical earthquake action is taken into account when earthquake load is considered.All kinds of methods of stress calculation and checking for saddle supports and anchor bolts of stacked heat exchangers are provided in detail under all kinds of cases and different loads' action so as to realize the more accurate engineering calculation for saddle supports of stacked heat exchangers.
