"工业4.0"将实现制造业向智能化转型,需要适应社会发展的高端复合型人才。当前,珠三角地区正处于产业转型升级和企业技术创新的重大战略期,通过分析珠三角经济现状和职教现状,从借鉴一流高职院校的办学经验,拓展职业教育的能力、提高培训的质量,调整高职院校的专业结构,深化产教融合、协同培养人才四个方面探索珠三角职业教育发展的路径,从而促进珠三角职业教育的发展,促进广东的转型升级。

Industrial 4.0 will transform manufacturing to intelligent one to adapt to the social development of high-end compound talents.At present,the Pearl River Delta region is in the important period of strategic industrial transformation and upgrading of enterprise technology innovation.This paper analyzes the status quo of the Pearl River Delta economic development and vocational education.The experience of first class higher vocational colleges,can improve the ability of vocational education and the quality of training;adjust the professional structure of higher vocational colleges;deepen the integration of production and education,and coordinate the training of talents.This can help explore the path of the development of vocational education in the Pearl River Delta,so as to promote the development of vocational education in the Pearl River Delta,and promote the transformation and upgrading of Guangdong.
