全人教育视角下高职专业文化体系构建策略研究

Strategy of Constructing Professional Cultural System in Higher Vocational Education:From the Perspective of Holistic Education

专业文化建设为高职教育向"高技能创新人才"转变提供了动力机制和保障条件。职业素养养成与职业能力培养成为学生职业能力评价的重要维度。基于高职教育专业文化建设现状,分析高职专业文化的内涵与外延,构建全人教育理念下的高职专业文化体系,以"成人、成才、成功"的全人教育为中心,融合理念体系、课程体系、实践体系和保障体系四个维度的专业文化体系,培养知识、技能、心智全面发展的"和谐人格"的人。

The development of professional culture provides impetus and guarantee for the transformation of higher vocational education(HVE)into"developing highly skilled creative talents".The cultivation of professional quality and professional competence become important dimensions of evaluating students'professional ability.Based on the status quo of HVE professional culture construction,the present study discusses on the connotation and denotation of professional culture in HVE.The strategy of constructing professional culture system in HVE is put forward based on holistic education:Centering on physical,metal and professional development,the professional culture system should integrate concept,curriculum,practice and guarantee system,thus develop talents with harmonious pers onality and with knowledge,skills and virtue.
