摘要
"工匠精神"与"设计人才培养"有着密切的关联,前者是职业教育持续发展的"强心剂",后者是弘扬"工匠精神"的价值体现。广东特色高职院校背景下的"工匠精神"与"设计人才的培养",反映了"工匠精神"对特色专业职业教育本质的认识,以及解决设计职业教育发展过程特色人才培养的基本思路。
Craftsmanship is closely related to“cultivation of design talents”.The former is the drive of the sustainable development of vocational education,and the latter is the value embodiment of the promotion of craftsmanship.In the context of higher vocational colleges of Guangdong characteristics,both reflect the characteristic of the specialty in professional vocational educ ation.Suggestions are for the cultivation of design talents in the development of professional education.
