校企合作路径下民办高职学生“工匠精神”培育研究

On the Development of Craftsmanship in Private Higher Vocational Students through School-Enterprise Collaboration

"工匠精神"培育契合了我国制造业转型升级的必然要求。民办高职院校是"工匠精神"培育的重要载体,校企合作培育"工匠精神"不仅是民办高职院校立德树人的根本要求,对于企业提升质量创建品牌也是重要契机,并促进"工匠精神"培育融入校企协同育人的过程。但是,高职院校人才培养上"重技轻道"的偏差,企业精细做事的文化尚未普遍形成。学生缺少吃苦耐劳的精神是"工匠精神"培育应克服的重要阻碍。对此,民办高职院校应坚持立德树人的根本方向,道技并重;企业积极塑造精细做事的企业文化;学生要爱岗敬业,培养专注精进的职业境界。

The cultivation of craftsmanship meets the necessary requirements of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in China.Private higher vocational colleges are an important carrier for cultivating craftsmanship.The cooperation between schools and enterprises is not only the fundamental requirement of moral education in private higher vocational colleges,but also an important opportunity for enterprises to improve their quality and create brands,and it boosts the infusion of craftsmanship in the school-enterprise cooperated education of students.However,three issues are to be addressed in the development of craftsmanship in students:1)Higher vocational schools emphasize too much on skill development while neglecting spirit formation;2)There is a lack of fine-work culture in enterprises;and 3)Students have fear of hardship.To this end,the school should uphold the fundamental direction of moral education by focusing on the development of both skill and spirit.Enterprises should actively shape the corporate culture of advocating fine work.Students should love their jobs and keep committed to their professional ethics and pursue excellence in their career.
