摘要
低氧对多种组织的正常生长发育至关重要,低氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)是多细胞生物在低氧条件下维持自身氧稳态的关键因子,可促进血管生成,调节细胞代谢及pH、参与细胞程序性死亡和自吞噬过程,多种生长及转录因子作为HIF-1的下游信号分子被激活以适应低氧环境。软骨及软骨细胞处于生理性低氧环境中,低氧调控的软骨细胞生存和代谢一直以来是研究的热点。研究表明,HIF-1表达于软骨及软骨细胞,它在软骨细胞存活、软骨代谢、软骨形成及软骨疾病中发挥作用。
Hypoxia plays an important role in the normal growth and development of multiple tissues,and hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)is essential for maintenance of oxygen homeostasis in all multicellular organism under hypoxic conditions,involved in angiogenesis,cell metabolism,regulation of pH,cell apoptosis and autophagy.Rescent research has indicated that many growth and transcription factors contribute to osteogenesis and chondrogenesis,which are up-regulated during hypoxia are downstream of HIF-1 activation.Cartilage and chondrocytes are in the hypoxic environment,and the survival and metabolism of chondrocytes regulated by hypoxia have always been the focus of research.Studies have shown that HIF-1 is expressed in cartilage and chondrocytes,which plays a role in chondrocytes survival,cartilage metabolism,cartilage formation and cartilage disease.
