炼油模拟仿真培训方案初探

Preliminary Study on Refinery Simulation Training Program

模拟仿真系统以其效果逼真、危险性低和培训方式灵活等特点,在当今炼化装置的员工培训中备受关注。笔者以霍尼韦尔炼油模拟仿真培训系统为例,从基本操作技能培训、复杂工况应对能力培训、装置优化运行等几个方面对炼油模拟仿真培训方案进行探讨,并提出相应的建议。

The simulation system has attracted much attention in the staff training of refining and chemical equipment because of its realistic effect,low risk and flexible training methods.Taking Honeywell refinery simulation training system as an example,the training plan of refinery simulation training is discussed from aspects of basic operation skill training,complex condition response capability training and device optimization operation,and corresponding suggestions are put forward.
