Collaborative Office Management Reform under Mobile Internet Technology

笔者简要介绍了移动互联网技术下的协同办公管理变革的需要,根据企业实践移动协同办公系统的经验,论述如何利用协同办公系统加强省公司对各分公司、油库和加油站的统一管理,优化管理手段,实现公司管理流程的规范化,实现公司文件、政策政令的有效执行。同时搭建起一套成熟、规范、开放的企业移动应用平台,将协同系统延伸到移动端,通过移动协同系统提高工作效率。最后探讨了移动协同办公管理软件在未来发展中面临的挑战。

The author briefly describes the needs of collaborative office management reform under the mobile Internet technology,according to the practice of enterprise mobile collaborative office system experience,discusses how to strengthen the unified management of the company by the province of the branch company,oil and gas station of the cooperative office system,optimize the management tools to achieve the company management process standardized,effective implementation of the decree company documents and policies.At the same time,a set of mature,standardized and open enterprise mobile application platform will be set up to extend the collaborative system to the mobile terminal and improve the working efficiency through the mobile synergy system.Finally,the challenges of mobile cooperative office management software in the future development are discussed.
