Study on the Construction and Practice of Network Platform to Meet the Lifelong Learning Needs of Middle and Old Age Citizens

党的十八大报告以及《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》都对终身教育和老年教育发展提出了要求;《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》也明确老年人受教育的权利和发展老年教育的要求。建立网络学习平台,选择合适的学习资源进行整合,满足中老年人的终身学习需求。

The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC and the"Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)"all set forth the requirements for the development of lifelong education and education for the elderly.The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly also clarifies the right of old people to be educated and the requirements of developing old age education.The network learning platform should be set up to integrate the appropriate learning resources to meet the lifelong learning needs of the middle and old people.
