白塞病中医证候与证素分布特点的文献研究

Literature Research on TCM Syndromes of Behcet's Disease and Distribution of its Syndrome Factors

目的:通过文献研究,探讨白塞病证候类型及证候要素的分布规律。方法:检索中国知网、维普、万方等数据库涉及白塞病中医证候的相关文献,检索时间为1982年1月至2016年12月。采用SPSS 17.0软件建立数据库,对白塞病证候类型及证素进行频次分析。结果:最终纳入文献101篇,经规范后白塞病证候名称49种,病位证素8个,病性证素11个。常见的证候类型依次为肝肾阴虚、湿热内蕴、热毒蕴结等,病位证素主要为肝、脾、肾,病性证素主要为热、湿、阴虚、毒、血瘀。结论:本研究初步反映白塞病常见证候类型及证候要素的分布规律,为进一步规范白塞病中医辨证分型标准提供依据。

Objective:To study TCM syndromes of Behcet's disease and distribution of its syndrome factors by literature research.Methods:Search the related literatures of TCM Syndromes of Behcet's disease from databases such as CNKI,VIP and Wanfang,the retrieval time was from January 1982 to December 2016.The database was established by software SPSS 17.0,and the frequency analysis was made for the syndrome of Behcet's disease and its syndrome factors.Results:A total of 101 articles fit into the study.After standardization,there were 49 syndromes of Behcet's disease,8 syndrome factors of diseased region,and 11 syndrome factors of disease nature.The commonly seen syndromes were deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,internal accumulation of damp heat,and accumulation of heat toxin.The main syndrome factors of diseased region were liver,spleen and kidney,and the main syndrome factors of disease nature were heat,wet,yin deficiency,toxin and blood stasis.Conclusion:This study initially reflects the common syndrome patterns and the distribution of syndrome factors of Behcet's disease,and provides a basis for further standardizing its TCM syndrome differentiation and classification.
