Charity Foundation Breaks Through the Vicious Circle of Fund Shortage——Take the C Charity Foundation of Beijing as an Example

文章以北京C慈善基金会为例,对慈善基金会"资金困乏"恶性循环问题进行探讨,分析总结慈善基金会"资金困乏"的原因,提出慈善基金会起步阶段存在"资金困乏"恶性循环的观点,并提出创新筹资项目、设置投资委员会等方面的对策建议,以帮助慈善基金会破除"资金困乏"恶性循环,使慈善基金会得到更长足的发展和进步。

The paper puts forward the point of view that there is a vicious circle of fund shortage in the initial stage of charitable foundation.Taking C charity foundation of Beijing as an example,based on the discussion on the issue of the vicious circle of fund shortage,this paper analyzes and summarizes the reasons for the fund shortage,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as innovating financing projects,setting up investment committee and so on,so as to help the charitable foundations break through the vicious circle of fund shortage and make more rapid development and progress.
