教育层次结构与经济增长关系研究——基于安徽2005-2015年面板数据的分析

Research on the Relationship between Educational Structure and Economic Growth——Analysis Based on Panel Data of 2005-2015 Years in Anhui Province

通过使用教育层次结构将教育分为基础教育和高等教育,文章利用2005-2015年安徽各地市教育数据,使用面板数据固定效应和系统广义矩估计方法,发现:对全省而言,基础教育和高等教育对经济增长都有着积极的贡献,基础教育的贡献水平要高于高等教育;对皖江城市带而言,高等教育经济增长的贡献率要高于基础教育,其他城市则与全省的情况相似。政策建议:安徽大力发展高等教育加大高层次人才供给的同时,优化产业结构,为高层次人才提供充足的就业机会,减少高技能劳动力人才流失;另一方面,也应持续投入基础教育,提高基础教育质量。

By the concept of educational structure,education is divided into basic education and higher education.By using the data from 2005 to 2015 from cities of Anhui province,using panel data fixed effects and the system generalized moment estimation method,the study found that for Anhui province,basic education and higher education has a positive contribution to economic growth;the contribution of basic education should be higher than higher education;For cities of Anhui urban belt,the contribution rate to economic growth of higher education than basic education,and other cities is similar to the province.The policy suggestions are that the developing of higher education in Anhui to increase supply of high skilled workers,at the same time changes the industrial structure,to provide plenty of job opportunities for high-level personnel,reducing losing of skilled labor;On the other hand,it should keep on investing into basic education,to improve the quality of basic education.
