领会教学法在艺术院校乒乓球教学中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 本研究采用教学实验法、文献资料法、数理统计法。得出3点结论:(1)实验组学生在乒乓球一对一,二对二比赛结束后,在技巧演示阶段会自言自语说:"我要练好"学生这种强烈的自我心理暗示,会使学生自我要求把乒乓球技术练好;(2)领会教学法运用到艺术院校乒乓球实践教学中,教师不但要掌握乒乓球教学手段,还要掌握艺术院校学生的专业特征、身体素质、心理特点,而且要了解领会教学法和传统技巧教学法交叉运用在实践教学中的教学思想和教学理论;(3)领会教学法不足之处,领会教学法不能迎合不同能力的学生,乒乓球技术较差的学生觉得这种教学法是挑战,因此在学生打比赛前或打比赛后需要体育教师教授乒乓球技术。 This study adopts various research methods,such as instruction experimentation,literature review,data and statistics.There are three findings:(1)in experiential group,students tend to give themselves positive psychological hints,like“I should play better”,after one-on-one or two-on-two match,which motivate them practice more proactively;(2)to apply Teaching Games for Understanding Approach to table tennis teaching in arts university,teachers not only need to master teaching methods of table tennis,but also need to know the students’major characteristics,physical qualities and mental features.Moreover,teachers also should know the teaching thoughts and theories of Teaching Games for Understanding Approach and traditional teaching methods cross apply to teaching practice;(3)the shortcoming of Teaching Games for Understanding Approach is that it is not suitable for students in all levels.For the students with poor skills,this approach may be a challenge.Therefore,before and after the match,teachers should teach students some techniques.
