摘要
抽取江苏师范大学400名在校大学生为被试,采用问卷法和量表法考察大学生一般自我效能感、时间管理倾向和学业拖延的相关性。结果显示:大学生时间管理倾向在专业因素上差异显著;大学生学业拖延在专业因素上差异显著;大学生一般自我效能感在性别因素上差异显著,且男生的得分高于女生;时间管理倾向与一般自我效能感、学业拖延两两之间显著相关;一般自我效能感在时间管理倾向与学业拖延之间起到部分中介的作用。因此时间管理倾向既可以直接预测学业拖延,也可以通过一般自我效能感间接预测学业拖延。
This research takes 400 students of Jiangsu Normal University as the subjects,exploring the connection between general self-efficacy,time management disposition and academic procrastination through the questionnaires and scaling methods.The result indicates that there is significant variance in terms of their professional factors in their time management disposition;there is significant variance in terms of their professional factors in their academic procrastination;there is significant variance in terms of their gender factors in their general self-efficacy,the score of the male students is higher than that of female students;There is obvious connection between time management disposition and general self-efficacy and academic procrastination;There is mediating effect of general self-efficacy between time management disposition and academic procrastination.The conclusion is that we can predict the academic procrastination directly through time management disposition,or indirectly through general self-efficacy.
