摘要 机房节能技术的应用一直以来是绿色机房建设的重中之重。对于传统数据机房,空调系统的能耗一般占到机房能耗的40%以上。尤其是对于在用机房,深挖空调系统节能潜力是实现节能降耗的最有效途径。通过长期对机房实际运行环境数据的观察和分析,我们发现几乎在所有的运行状态下,机房的微环境均存在着部分过度制冷或制冷欠缺的情况。因此,规划和设计了一套靶向式制冷控制系统,通过精密调节每个IT机柜的风量,以期消除过度制冷和制冷欠缺的现象,在保证机房IT设备安全运行的同时,降低空调系统能耗,为传统机房的深化节能提供了成功的案例。 The application of energy saving technology in the machine room has been the most important part of the construction of green machine room.For the traditional data room,the energy consumption of the air conditioning system generally accounts for more than 40%of the energy consumption of the machine room.Especially for the machine room,the most effective way to save energy and reduce the energy saving potential is to dig the energy saving potential of the air conditioning system.Through longterm observation and analysis of the actual operation environment data of the computer room,we find that under almost all operation conditions,there are some shortages of excessive cooling or refrigeration in the microenvironment of the computer room.Therefore,the planning and design of a targeted refrigeration control system,through the fine adjustment of each IT cabinet volume,in order to eliminate the excessive lack of refrigeration and cooling phenomenon,in room IT to ensure the safe operation of equipment at the same time,reduce the energy consumption of air-conditioning system,provides a successful case for such deep traditional room.
