摘要 笔者主要研究的是基于DICOM格式的医学图像,应用语义检索技术,设计医学图像语义检索系统架构,在本系统中,基于开源的原因,选择LINUX系统为服务器系统;开发软件主要使用的是ECLIPSE平台,在它的上面应用JAVA语言,并结合JENA包和DCM4CHEE服务器,利用Protégé,来构建和编辑本体;后台的数据库主要使用SQL;最终要实现的功能是通过对DICOM医学图像文件的解析,对其进行标注与检索,在此基础上构建出医学领域本体。 The author mainly studies medical images based on DICOM format,and uses semantic retrieval technology to design the architecture of medical image semantic retrieval system.In this system,the LINUX system is selected as the server system based on the reasons of open source.The main use of development software is the ECLIPSE platform,which applies the JAVA language on top of it and combines the JENA package with the DCM4CHEE server to build and edit the ontology using Protégé.The database in the background mainly uses SQL.Finally,the function is to construct the ontology of medical domain based on the analysis of DICOM medical image files and the annotation and retrieval of them.
