笔者简述了MS ACCESS的邮件信息收集功能,同时介绍了如何将这个功能应用在企业中。比如,行动预案与状态收集:把历史案例分类为不同的行动预案,当项目启动后,用邮件信息收集功能收集各部门的完成状态;生产线即时反馈与支持:用手机邮件发送、收集生产线需求与支持,同时所有信息自动记录到数据库系统,此信息可用于KPI考核;参会确认及会议管理:每个会议都会有参会人员的参会状态记录,同时可请假或指代参会;密码会签:用邮件收集密码,所需会签文件以附件形式发送,会签人员在邮件正文的表格中输入同意、不同意的密码,数据库系统会自动核对查验密码,从而得到会签结果,省时省力。
