大型能源企业一体化信息运维服务体系研究

Research on the Integrated Operation and Maintenance System of Information Service in Large Energy Enterprises

随着信息技术的发展,全国各大型能源企业基于自身发展需求纷纷建立相应的企业信息系统,实现了管理和业务流程的信息化,加强了横向协同,提升了基层班组规范化作业水平。如今企业已进入一体化信息运维阶段。笔者首先介绍了运维体系的主要研究成果及核心业务,分析了当前信息运维存在的问题,最后提出了运维体系的建设意见。

With the development of information technology,various large-scale energy enterprises in the country have set up corresponding enterprise information systems based on their own development needs,realized the informationization of management and business processes,strengthened horizontal coordination and promoted the standardization of grassroots work teams.Now the company has entered the stage of integrated information operation and maintenance.The author first introduces the main research results and core business of the operation and maintenance system,analyzes the existing problems in the operation and maintenance of information,and finally puts forward the construction opinions of the operation and maintenance system.
