近年来,信息网络建设在当今时代显得越来越重要,在医院的管理过程中加强信息网络建设同样具有重要作用。笔者首先分析了北海市人民医院的信息网络建设现状,而后通过采用问卷调查的方式来进一步了解员工应用信息管理体系的情况以及各方面的使用需求,进而探讨加强信息网络建设对医院管理成效的影响,最后根据相应的影响来实施针对性的改进措施。通过研究发现:医院的员工掌握常见问题的处理方法和维护技巧,同时能够认同医院信息管理模块的应用意义,积极配合和参与到医院信息网络建设之中,可促进医院取得更好的管理成效。

In recent years,information network construction has become more and more important in today's era.It is also important to strengthen the construction of information network in hospital management.The author first analyzes the status quo of information network construction in Beihai People's Hospital,and then further understands the staff application information management system and the use of various needs through the use of questionnaires,and then explores the effect of strengthening information network construction on hospital management,and finally according to the corresponding impact to implement targeted improvement measures.This article through the study found that the hospital staff to master the common problems of the treatment methods and maintenance skills,and can agree with the hospital information management module application significance,and actively cooperate with and participate in the construction of hospital information network management,can promote the hospital to achieve better management effectiveness.
