摘要
建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)BIM是一个设施(建设项目)物理和功能特性的数字表达;BIM是一个共享的知识资源,是一个分享有关这个设施的信息,为该设施从建设到拆除的全生命周期中的所有决策提供可靠依据的过程;在项目的不同阶段,不同利益相关方通过在BIM中插入、提取、更新和修改信息,以支持和反映其各自职责的协同作业。BIM是以建筑工程项目的各项相关信息数据作为模型的基础来进行建筑模型的建立,通过数字信息仿真模拟建筑物所具有的真实信息。BIM技术作为当前建筑行业的热点课题,其中三维建模技术已经成熟的运用在了建筑工程造价控制领域,为加强建筑工程造价管理工作起到了强有力的推动作用。
Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a digital expression of the physical and functional characteristics of a facility(construction project);BIM is a shared knowledge resource and is a share of information about the facility,provides a reliable basis for all decisions in the entire lifecycle of the facility from construction to dismantling.At different stages of the project,different stakeholders insert,extract,update,and modify information in BIM to support and reflect the synergies of their respective responsibilities.BIM is based on the relevant information data of the construction project as the basis of the model to build the building model,through the digital information simulation of the building has real information.BIM technology as a hot topic in the current construction industry,in which three-dimensional modeling technology has been successfully used in the construction cost control field,has played a strong role in promoting strengthening the construction cost management.
