基于物联网技术的农产品安全溯源体系研究

Research on Traceability System of Agricultural Product Safety based on Internet of Things Technology

最近这些年,农业产品的质量安全事件频繁产生,这不但对许多相关人员的身体健康造成了巨大的威胁,与此同时,还使得人们对政府的信赖下降。为了保证农业商品的质量安全,必须创建农业商品的安全溯源体制,详尽地记载农业商品从出产到营销的各个流程的相关讯息,并且能够查看农业产品的出产、储存、流入信息,以增强对农业商品质量安全的监管。笔者叙述了发达国家的经验对中国的启迪,依照中国的现有状况剖析现行农业商品追溯体系的问题。利用物联网技术,建立新的农产品追溯系统。

In recent years,the quality and safety hazards of agricultural products have occurred frequently,which not only poses a great threat to the health of many people,but also makes a great threat to the trust of the government.In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural commodities,it is necessary to create a safe traceability system for agricultural commodities,and to thoroughly record the relevant information of agricultural products from production to marketing,and to be able to view the production,storage and inflow of agricultural products,to enhance the supervision of agricultural product quality and safety.The author describes the experience of developed countries and its enlightenment to China,and analyzes the current agricultural commodity traceability system according to the existing conditions in china,uses the Internet of things technology to establish a new traceability system for agricultural products.
