摘要
笔者主要以乌江下游第十级的彭水电站和第十一级的银盘电站为研究对象,实现流域联合优化调度,引入集控中心"集中控制、分级管理"的理念,并开展集控中心建设,利用网络通信技术为核心技术,受控电站水库调度系统所包含的自动化设备以及所有元器件由集控中心远程监视和控制,从而建立起"少人值守+无人值班"系统,介绍系统功能和主要技术进展,包含远程专家技术、应急指挥技术和人员定位技术,阐述系统的安全性和稳定性,展望系统的发展前景。
The author mainly studies the 10th Pengshui power station and the 11th grade Yinpan power station in the lower reaches of Wujiang River as the research object,and realizes the optimal dispatching of watershed,and introduces the concept of“centralized control and hierarchical management”of centralized control center,uses network communications technology as the core technology,controlled power station reservoir dispatch system contains automation equipment and all components from the centralized control center remote monitoring and control,thus establishing a“unattended and less on duty”system.This paper introduces the system function and the main technical progress,including the remote expert technology,the emergency command technology and personnel positioning technology,expatiates the security and stability of the system and the development prospect of the system.
