科研工作历来都是学校非常重视的工作,许多软件公司也相继开发了相关的科研项目管理系统,但是由于科研工作除了共性以外,每个学校还存在着许多的特性,所以通用型的科研项目管理系统无法满足学校的需求。绩效工资实行后,许多学校将科研工作纳入绩效考核,许多学校迫切需要将科研工作转换为相应的考核积分,因此,笔者根据所在院校的科研工作考核标准开发科研积分申报平台。

Scientific research work has always been a very important work of the school,many software companies have also developed the relevant research project management system,but because of scientific research work in addition to common,each school there are many features,so the general research project management system can not meet the needs of the school.After the implementation of performance pay,many schools have incorporated scientific research into performance appraisal,many schools urgently need to translate scientific research into relevant assessment points.Therefore,the author develops the research integration declaration platform according to the assessment standards of the scientific research work in the institution.
