基于Visual Basic的圆柱螺纹量规尺寸计算

Dimension Calculation of Cylindrical Thread Gauges based on Visual Basic

针对圆柱螺纹量规日常校准工作中遇到的问题,利用Visual Basic语言开发软件,以Microsoft Access作为后台数据库,设计了一个圆柱螺纹量规尺寸计算程序。应用程序的主要功能包括多种类型圆柱螺纹量规的技术要求查询和对其中径值的精确计算。结果表明,技术要求查询便捷,计算结果迅速准确,相比常规人工查询与计算大大提高了工作效率,值得在圆柱螺纹量规的计量检测工作中推广。

According to the problems encountered in the daily calibration of cylindrical thread gauges,using Visual Basic language development software,Microsoft Access as a background database,and a program of measuring the size of cylindrical thread is designed.The main functions of the application include the technical requirements of various types of cylindrical thread gauges and the exact calculation of the diameters.Results show that the technical requirements for inquire is convenient,rapid and accurate calculation results calculated.Compared with the conventional manual query and calculation,it greatly improves the work efficiency and is worth in the cylindrical thread gauge measurement test work.
