随着现代技术的进步,我国城乡规划信息化建设逐步推进并取得了良好的成效,现代计算机技术的发展、网络等IT技术的应用、CAD与GIS技术的引进,有效减轻了城乡规划设计人员的工作负担,提高了我国城乡规划整体工作的效率。笔者分析了新时期城乡规划信息化建设的重要意义,阐述了新的背景下城乡规划的要求及技术手段,介绍了新时期城乡规划信息化建设的指导思想与主要内容,旨在通过建设规划大平台与云平台,提高城乡规划建设的信息化水平,提高规划整体工作效率。

With the development of modern technology,the construction of information technology in urban and rural planning has been progressing and achieved well.The development of modern computer technology,the application of IT technology such as network and the introduction of CAD and GIS technology,effectively reduce the workload of urban and rural planning and design personnel,improve the efficiency of our country urban and rural planning as a whole work.The author analyzes the important significance of urban and rural planning information construction in the new period,expounds the requirements and technical means of urban and rural planning under the new background,and introduces the guiding ideology and main contents of urban and rural planning information construction in the new period,in order to improve the informatization level of urban and rural planning and construction,and to improve the overall efficiency of the planning through construction of large-scale planning platform and cloud platform.
