摘要
随着国家社会保险制度的不断完善,社会保险越来越受到人们的重视。社会保险管理工作也已成为企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分。针对各地劳动与社保政策的差异化和社保系统的分散管理、软件系统的异构化问题,笔者提出了大型跨地域企业的社会保险管理系统的设计方案,并阐述了该系统的设计和实现。
With the continuous improvement of the national social insurance system,social insurance is getting more attention.Social insurance management has become an important part of human resource management.In view of differentiation social security policy and decentralized management of social security system,and the heterogeneous software system,the author puts forward the design scheme of the large cross-regional enterprise's social insurance management system and describes the design and implementation of the system.
