高校档案管理信息化建设问题探究

高校档案管理是服务教学、科研、招生以及其他各项工作的重要事项。做好档案管理工作,提升档案管理的效率,是高校现代档案管理工作追求的重要目标。大数据、云计算、"互联网+"等新技术的快速发展与应用,给高校档案管理信息化建设提供了更加有力的技术支撑和建设思路。基于此,对高校档案管理信息化建设的相关问题进行分析,并结合一些案例,提出了一些合理的对策,希望可以为高校顺利推进档案管理信息化建设工作提供些许参考意见。

University archives management is an important part of service teaching,scientific research,enrollment and other work.It is an important target for modern archives management in colleges and universities to do well in archives management and to improve the efficiency of archives management service.With big data,cloud computing,“Internet+”and other new technology development and application,it provides technical support and direction of building more effective to the informatization construction of university archives management.Based on this,in this study,the university archives management information construction related problems were explored and analyzed,and some cases were combined to put forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.We hope that we can provide some suggestions for the smooth development of archives management information construction in colleges and universities.
