摘要
笔者设计了一种基于PLC的自动售货机。从总体上分析了自动售货机的控制要求,介绍了该控制系统的各元件组成及选型方法,对输入与输出元件进行了分析。根据控制要求,按照三菱FX2N系列PLC的编程规则,进行程序设计并完成相应组态软件的编写。经过测试,能够达到控制要求,并能稳定工作。
The author designs a vending machine based on PLC.The control requirements of the vending machine are analyzed,and the components of the control system and the selection method are introduced.The input and output components are analyzed.According to the control requirements,in accordance with the Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC programming rules,the program design and the corresponding configuration software are completed.After testing,it can achieve control requirements,and work steadily.
