笔者对数据挖掘技术在大学生就业指导中的实际应用展开分析,其主要目的在于了解当前数据挖掘技术的发展状况以及其在大学生就业指导中的应用情况。现阶段经济、文化快速发展,国家逐渐加强对人才的重视。目前,在大学生数量日益增多的社会发展形势下,大学生就业压力普遍增大。通过对大学生就业现状的了解,将数据挖掘技术应用于大学生就业指导中,可以有效改善大学生就业难的情况。笔者首先对数据挖掘技术相关内容展开阐述,其次,探讨数据挖掘技术在大学生就业指导中的应用方法,最后,研究数据挖掘技术在大学生就业指导中的应用成果。

The author analyzes the actual application of data mining in the employment guidance for college students,the main purpose is to understand the current situation of the development of the technology of data mining,and its application in the employment guidance for college students.At the present stage of the society in the current rapid development of economy and culture,the country has gradually increased its emphasis on talent.At present,in the social development situation of the growing number of college students,college students'employment pressure increases generally.Based on the current employment situation of university students,the application of data mining technology in the employment guidance for college students,can effectively improve the employment situation of college students.The author first discusses the relevant contents of data mining technology,and then discusses the application of data mining technology in the employment guidance of college students.Finally,the author studies the application of data mining technology in college students'employment guidance.
