基于粗集-未确知模型的高校信息化评价

Evaluation of University Informatization based on Rough Set-Unascertained Model

笔者分析了影响高校信息化的评价指标,应用粗集理论对指标进行属性约简,提取核心指标,进而构建指标评价体系,然后采用未确知模型进行综合评价。最后通过对某市高校信息化情况的调研数据进行实证分析,以证明方法的有效性。笔者研究的粗集-未确知模型应用于高校信息化评价可以有效消除一定主观因素,具有可行性,可以得到较客观科学的结果。

The author analyzes the evaluation index of informationization in colleges and universities,uses the rough set theory to reduce the attribute,extracts the core index,and then constructs the index evaluation system,and then uses the unascertained model to carry on the comprehensive evaluation.Finally,through the empirical analysis of the data of the informationization of a university,the effectiveness of the method is proved.The rough set-unascertained model applied in this paper can effectively eliminate some subjective factors,which is feasible and can obtain the objective and scientifi c results.
