基于云盘技术的高校档案管理系统设计

Design of University Archives Management System based on Cloud Disk Technology

借助云盘技术实现高校档案管理已成为档案信息化的未来发展趋势,笔者提出了一种基于云盘技术的高校档案管理系统设计方案,详细介绍了系统的需求、总体设计和模块功能。系统主要实现了档案文件上传、档案文件存储、展示所有档案文件与分类、回收站等功能,并可以实现图片和视频档案的管理。该档案管理系统具备了轻量级云档案管理所需要的必要功能,已通过软件测试并投入使用,实际运行情况良好。由于实现移动终端的即时档案管理,因此,提高了档案管理的效率。本系统的设计思路可以为高校云档案管理系统的设计提供参考。

Using cloud disk technology to realize the university archives management has become the trend of future development of archives informatization,the author proposes a kind of archives management system design in colleges and universities based on cloud disk technology,in detail analyzes system requirements,overall design and function.The system mainly realizes the functions of uploading files,storing files,displaying all the files,sorting and recovering stations,and realizes the management of pictures and videos.The file management system has the necessary functions of the lightweight cloud file management,has been tested by software and put into use,and the actual operation is in good condition.Because of the real-time file management of mobile terminal,the efficiency of file management is improved.The design idea of this system can provide reference for the design of University cloud archives management.
