基于Vivaldi天线阵列的5G移动终端的设计

摘要 为5G移动通信,提出了一种新的相控阵天线计。该相控阵天线是在低成本的N9000聚四氟乙烯衬底上设计的,总尺寸为60×130×0.8mm^3。它包括八个28GHz的Vivaldi天线元件,八个元件在手机PCB边缘区域(顶端)形成了一个线性相控阵列。仿真结果表明,在27.4~28.6GHz频率范围内,天线的反射系数(S11)小于-10 dB。所提出的相控阵天线具有良好的增益、效率和三维波束转向特性,十分适合毫米波5G通信。此外,还研究了用户的手在天线附近时对性能的影响。 In this paper,a new phased array antenna for future fifth generation(5G)mobile communications is proposed.The phased array antenna is designed on a low cost N9000 substrate with a total size of 60*130*0.8 mm3.It consists of eight 28GHz Vivaldi antenna elements,and the eight elements form a linear phased array in the edge region(top)of the mobile pcb.The simulation results show that the reflection coefficient of the antenna(S11)is less than-10 db in the frequency range of 27.4 GHz to 28.6 GHz.The proposed phased array antenna has good gain,efficiency and three-dimensional beam steering characteristics,which is suitable for millimeter wave 5G communication.In addition,the effect of the user's hand on the performance of the antenna near the antenna is also studied.
