VOLTE丢包率是影响用户VOLTE通话体验的重要因素,为了有效提升用户VOLTE通话感知,通过关联算法针对影响VOLTE丢包率的因素进行定量研究,找出影响丢包率的主要因素,并建立VOLTE丢包率优化体系;其次基于多维原因进行一系列实验及验证,同时研究了影响丢包率的协议栈分层参数,分析了华为设备新特性对丢包率的影响。通过一系列举措有效改善VOLTE丢包率,提升了用户通话体验。

VOLTE packet loss rate is an important factor affecting the user experience of VOLTE calls,in order to effectively enhance the user perception of VOLTE calls,quantitative research on packet loss rate through association algorithm,find out the main factors affecting the packet loss rate,and establish optimization system;Then we had a series of experiments and verification based on multidimensional reasons,also studied the impact of packet loss rate protocol stack layer parameters,analyzed the influence of the new HUAWEI equipment characteristics of the packet loss rate.Through a series of initiatives to effectively improve the VOLTE packet loss rate,enhance the user experience in the call.
