声像档案中视频信息数字化管理

Digital Management of Video Information in Audio and Video Archives

一般来说,大多数航天企业都有着悠久的历史,在其发展的历程中,伴随着技术与产品的研制,产生了大量的声像资料,为企业后期利用提供了丰富的馆藏资源。面对航天企业对声像档案需求量的不断增多,视频文件转换成数字文件后,如何系统、规范管理是当前档案工作需要解决的重要问题。笔者结合数字视频管理现状和档案信息化发展趋势,对如何有效管理视频文件,充分发挥档案利用价值,进一步做好新时期航天声像档案工作提出思路和方法。

Generally speaking,most of aerospace enterprise has a long history of its traditional culture.In the course of its development,along with the development of technology and products,it produced a large number of audio and video materials,which provides rich collection resources for enterprise use in the future.In the face of the increasing demand for sound image files,especially when the video files are converted into the digital files,how to manage the files systematic and standardize is an important problem to be solved at present.The author combines with the digital video management situation and the development trend of informatization,and provide new ideas and methods for managing video files effectively,making it play an important role in archives utilization value,and doing a better job of space audio-visual archives in the new period.
