摘要
师范生的核心能力就是教学能力,现代教育技术的发展对师范生教学能力的培养提出了新的要求。笔者根据现教育技术发展和就业市场对师范生的能力要求,探讨了在"生师"角色转变的翻转课堂模式下师范生的自主探究、团队合作、教学设计、微课制作、实践创新等能力的培养策略,为新时期教育人才培养之路提供了参考。
The core competence of normal students is their teaching ability,and the development of modern educational technology puts forward new requirements for the training of normal students'teaching ability.According to the development of the educational technology and ability of normal students employment market requirements,the author explores the training strategies of self-exploration,teamwork,teaching design,micro-course production and practice innovation of normal school students under the flip classroom model of the role change of“student and teacher”,provides the reference for the new era of education personnel training.
