Construction and Implementation of Credit Information System in Legal Service Industry of Shanghai

上海作为全国最重要的经济文化中心之一近年来发展势头迅猛,律师行业在全国法律服务中也处于相对领先水平,但仍需进一步发展。笔者研究上海市法律服务行业信用信息系统以及信用评价体系的建立,为上海市法律服务行业的规范化管理、提高法律服务行业服务透明度提供理论依据。以"一站式"信息化法律服务作为基础,旨在提升上海市法律服务质量和解决法律服务信用信息"查询难"的问题,发挥法律服务在社会、经济建设中的积极作用。

As the national economic center,Shanghai has rapid development in recent years.Although the lawyer profession is in the leading position in the national legal service industry,it still needs further promotion and development.By researching the establishment of credit information and evaluation system of Shanghai legal service industry,the author provides the theoretical basis for standardization management of legal service industry and transparency of the service industry.On the basis of“one-stop”informationalized legal service,the paper is aimed to enhance the quality of Shanghai legal services and resolve the difficulty of searching legal service information,then guarantee the positive effect of legal services in the social and economic construction.
