摘要
现阶段对主动脉瓣狭窄的病理机制还了解甚少,尤其是在有效的药物治疗或是控制疾病进展方面更是缺失。已经有很多研究证明了大量凝血标志物例如微粒、磷酯酰丝氨酸、组织因子、凝血酶和促凝血酶、纤维蛋白等存在于狭窄的瓣膜中。本文就主动脉瓣狭窄中的凝血、炎症及钙化之间的相互影响作一综述。
Pathological mechanism of aortic valve stenosis(AVS)is still poorly understood,especially effective medication or control of disease progress.Many studies have proved that a lot of coagulant markers,such as microparticles,phosphatidylserine,tissue factor,thrombin and thromboplastin,fibrin etc.,exist in stenotic valve.The present article made a review on interaction among coagulation,inflammation and calcification in aortic valve stenosis.
