摘要
对于大型水轮发电机组,定子铁心是由硅钢片现场叠装而成。一般通过铁心磁化试验对其安装水平与产品质量进行检验。因此,铁心磁化试验数据的准确性应该有很高的要求。本文以两台大型水轮发电机的定子铁心磁化试验为例,分析了励磁电压的选择、测量线圈的布置、叠压系数的确定等因素对定子铁心磁化试验准确性的影响。最后,对同类型机组铁心磁化试验的准备与现场试验提出建议,使试验结果更加真实,可靠,有效反映铁心安装水平与产品质量,提高机组运行可靠性。
In large-scale hydro-turbine generators,the stator core is assembled in-situ by silicon steel lamination.The assembly quality and the overall quality of the stator core are usually checked by magnetization test.Thus,the accuracy of the test is of great importance.Based on the magnetization test data of two large-scale hydro-turbine generators,the effects of various factors,such as the excitation voltage,the measurement coil arrangement,and the lamination coefficient,on the accuracy of the magnetization test of the stator core are analyzed.Corresponding suggestions are then proposed for the preparation and implementation of the magnetization test of same type generator units,which could improve the accuracy and reliability of the test results.With the accurate understanding of the assembly quality and the overall quality of the stator core,the operational reliability of the unit can be ensured.
