Construction Market Management of Large-scale Hydropower Projects under the New Situation-A Case Study of Baihetan Hydropower Station

本文简要分析了巨型水电工程建设领域建筑市场管理普遍存在的突出问题,结合白鹤滩水电站工程建筑市场的特点,以及国家新颁布的建筑领域相关法律法规及规章制度,工程建设部积极探索,不断实践,提出水电工程建筑市场管理的对策,维护了建筑市场的健康发展。

The construction market management of large-scale hydropower projects under the new situation is discussed with a case study of Baihetan Hydropower Station.Firstly,common problems existed in the construction market management of large-scale hydropower projects are analyzed.Then,considering the characteristics of the construction market in Baihetan Hydropower Station project,and the newly promulgated relevant laws and regulations in the construction field,construction market management measures are proposed for hydropower projects,which could promote the healthy development of the construction market.
