摘要 针对长洲水电厂2号机组出现的故障,经全面检查发现,机组转子磁极阻尼环软连接片断裂、连接螺栓松动;深入分析认为,磁极在机组运行过程中出现了松动、位移,并在离心力与重力交变作用下使磁极相对于磁轭产生过大的移动,导致造成阻尼环连接片疲劳断裂、连接螺栓松动。经严格处理,并结合实际情况提出了防控措施,从而保证机组安全稳定运行。 A rotor fault is observed in the No.2 unit in Changzhou Hydropower Plant.After a comprehensive examination,problems such as the fracture of the soft connector of the rotor pole damping ring and the loosening of the connecting bolts are found.Analysis shows that the rotor pole is loosened and moved during the operation of the unit.Under the alternating action of the centrifugal force and the gravity,excessive displacement of the rotor pole to the rotor yoke is induced,which further causes the fatigue fracture of the damping ring connector and the loosening of the connecting bolts.Then,Treatment measures are successfully implemented.Also,prevention measures are proposed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
