摘要
工业电脑刺绣机是一个具有多激励的动力学系统,其结构复杂,转速高,运动行程多。由于现有很多电脑刺绣机缺少自动换底线设备功能导致生产效率降低,针对这一问题,立足于提高电脑刺绣机的生产效率,使用现有的机械结构框架,在不提高机器转速的情况下,把换底线设备这一费时的操作进行自动化、智能化。
Industrial computerized embroidery machine is a multi-incentive dynamic system,its complex structure,high speed,movement and more.Because many existing computer embroidery machine lack of automatic replacement bobbin line equipment function lead to lower produc?tion efficiency,in view of this problem,based on improving the efficiency of computerized embroidery machine,uses the existing mechani?cal structure of the frame,without increasing the machine speed,the bottom line for this time-consuming operation of the automation and intelligence.
