采用镍基合金为中间层的铁铬铝合金扩散焊研究

摘要 采用镍基合金作为中间层,在不同的工艺参数下对铁铬铝合金进行了扩散焊试验。采用金相显微镜观察接头区域的微观组织,并用万能材料试验机测试接头的拉伸性能,研究了扩散焊工艺参数对接头性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,焊接温度和保温时间对接头质量有很大影响,焊接压力仅在低温情况下才能明显提高接头焊接质量。在本试验条件下,铁铬铝合金添加镍基合金为中间层扩散焊的最佳工艺参数为:焊接温度1 020℃,焊接压力0 MPa,保温时间5 min。在最佳工艺条件下,接头焊接质量良好,接头的抗拉强度可达538 MPa,达到母材强度的70%。 In the text,FeCrAl alloys were welded under different technological parameters by the diffusion bonding with nickel-based alloys interlayer.The microstructures of the joints were observed by the metallurgical microscope and the tensile properties of the joints were measured by tensile test machine.The influence of the diffusion bonding technological parameters on joint quality was studied.The results showed that the welding temperature and holding time had great influences on the joint quality.Welding pressure only could significantly improve the welding quality of the joints at low temperatures.In this experiment,the optimal technological parameters of the diffusion bonding on FeCrAl alloys with nickel-based alloys as interlayer were that welding temperature of 1020℃,welding pressure of 0 MPa and holding time of 5 min.In this condition,the joints could get a better welding quality,the tensile strength of the joints was up to 538 MPa and reaching to 70%of the strength of the base metal.
